Psychiatric Pathways is a psychiatric practice dedicated to helping individuals find relief from depression, treatment-resistant depression, and other mental health conditions. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive environment where patients can find real relief and move toward lasting recovery.

We treat each person through a combination of psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy. For those who haven’t found relief through standard treatment, we offer advanced options including ketamine infusion therapy and Spravato (esketamine).

I’m a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Bloomington, Minnesota, and I specialize in working with adults whose depression and other mood symptoms have not improved with traditional treatment alone. Many of the people I see have already tried therapy, medications, or both and still feel stuck, discouraged, or exhausted by the process. My goal is to offer thoughtful, evidence-informed care that helps patients feel heard, understood, and supported while exploring new options for relief. My practice is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person’s experience.

Medication Management

Medication is an important part of therapy for many people. At Psychiatric Pathways, we provide ongoing monitoring, thoughtful adjustments, and clear communication so you understand your plan and feel confident in it.

Spravato

Also known as esketamine, Spravato® is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with depression symptoms who haven’t found relief from at least two other treatments. Administered under medical supervision, Spravato® can reduce your depression symptoms and help create the space you need for lasting emotional recovery.

Ketamine

Ketamine has been shown to provide rapid relief for people ready to overcome depression, PTSD, anxiety, suicide ideation, and other mental health conditions. Delivered in a safe, controlled environment, our IV ketamine infusions can help rewire your brain’s response to trauma and support deep healing.

Ketamine Infusion Therapy: Personalized ketamine infusions tailored to your specific needs. Sessions are $395 and take about two hours. Ketamine is considered off-label for psychiatric use and is typically not covered by insurance; we provide a superbill for possible partial reimbursement, and HSA/FSA payments are accepted.
Spravato (esketamine): A nasal spray option for treatment-resistant depression that’s often covered by insurance, with the ability to work quickly to improve symptoms.
